Guangzhou: new affiliated pizzerias

The tradition of True Neapolitan Pizza continues its global expansion, further cementing its presence in the Asian market.

On October 17th, an official delegation from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) will travel to Guangzhou for a key event celebrating culinary excellence: awarding four new official plaques to local pizzerias.

Highlighting the importance of the occasion, the delegation will be led by the Association's top executives, Secretary General Paolo Surace and Director General Stefano Auricchio. They will be joined by master pizzaiolo Luca Di Massa, whose technical expertise is essential in supporting local establishments and ensuring strict adherence to traditional Neapolitan preparation and baking methods.

These certifications recognize the restaurateurs' dedication to strictly following the AVPN international regulations. With these latest awards, the number of AVPN-affiliated pizzerias in China officially surpasses ten. It is a significant milestone that reflects the public's growing demand for authentic Italian cuisine and highlights a successful, ongoing partnership with local professionals.
