From 15 to 17 July, the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) will take part in Sigep Asia, one of the leading trade exhibitions for the foodservice, bakery and pastry industries in Asia, held in Singapore. At Stand D33, AVPN will present an engaging programme of live demonstrations, masterclasses and tastings dedicated entirely to promoting True Neapolitan Pizza, further strengthening the Association's international mission and its ongoing commitment to sharing the official AVPN standards across the globe.
Throughout the three-day event, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the craftsmanship behind authentic Neapolitan pizza through "L'Arte della Verace: Live Show & Tasting." During each session, guests will watch every stage of the process—from dough preparation to baking in a traditional wood-fired oven according to our International Regulations—before enjoying a tasting of authentic Neapolitan pizza prepared in full respect of tradition.
The programme includes two daily sessions on 15 and 16 July, at 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm, followed by a final session on 17 July at 12:00 pm.
Leading the masterclasses will be two experienced AVPN member pizzaioli: Matteo Minante of Pocofino Pizzeria and Dih Yang Yee of Dihyang Pizzeria, both dedicated ambassadors of True Neapolitan Pizza throughout Asia.
Representing AVPN on site will be Stefano Auricchio, AVPN General Manager, and Tammaro Landolfo, Junior Marketing, who will oversee the Association's activities throughout the exhibition and meet with industry professionals, media representatives and pizza enthusiasts.
AVPN's participation in Sigep Asia is made possible thanks to the support of its partners Molino Dallagiovanna, Agriconserve Rega, Sori, Manna Forni, Gi.Metal, and Pocofino, all of whom share the Association's commitment to preserving the quality, authenticity and global reputation of True Neapolitan Pizza.
Once again, AVPN's presence at Sigep Asia highlights how True Neapolitan Pizza continues to serve as a global ambassador of Italian culture, craftsmanship and culinary excellence, reaching audiences far beyond Europe's borders.
